We're glad this package might make it into plone itself, we'll keep an eye out for it... We also tested the iw.memberreplace package. For our use case however, it just had too many options. It also has a limitation: it only allows to change ownership site-wide, so there is no way to specify a location on a website to apply the change of ownership. We also tested the iw.memberreplace package. For our use case however, it just had too many options. It also has a limitation: it only allows to change ownership site-wide, so there is no way to specify a location on a website to apply the change of ownership. I’ll try to add a review for this package as well…

Credits should go to Mustapha Benali from Headnet and Matt Hamilton from Netsight. Another product to look at is iw.memberreplace.
